End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: June 19, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Weekloom Inc. ("Weekloom", "we", "us", or "our") and governs your use of the Weekloom software application, including its web app and installable progressive web app, together with any updates and documentation (the "Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, or by checking the box to accept this EULA at signup, you agree to be bound by it. This EULA supplements, and is in addition to, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Software.

1. License grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Software for your own lawful personal or internal business planning purposes.

2. Access tiers

The scope of your license corresponds to your plan (for example, Free, Pro, or Lifetime), including any feature limits associated with that plan as described in our Terms of Service. Paid plans, billing, renewals, and cancellation are governed by the Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

  • copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, except as expressly permitted by law;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or your access to it;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, including copyright or trademark notices;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, plan limits, rate limits, or license enforcement;
  • use automated means to access the Software in a manner that places an unreasonable load on it or that scrapes or harvests data; or
  • use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Ownership and reservation of rights

The Software is licensed, not sold. Weekloom Inc. and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. © 2026 Weekloom Inc. All rights reserved. "Weekloom" and the Weekloom logo are trademarks of Weekloom Inc.. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

5. Your content

This EULA does not grant us ownership of the content you create with the Software. Your rights and responsibilities for that content, and our handling of your personal information, are described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and changes

We may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Software from time to time, and may add, change, or remove features. Updates are provided under this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms. We may also discontinue the Software or any feature, subject to our Terms of Service.

7. Third-party components

The Software may include or rely on third-party software and services (such as Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel) that are subject to their own terms and licenses. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms.

8. Term and termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you breach it, and we may suspend or terminate it consistent with our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekloom Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Software. Our total liability under this EULA is subject to the limitations set out in our Terms of Service.

11. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the federal laws of Canada and the laws applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, consistent with the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.

12. Entire agreement and changes

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software. We may update this EULA from time to time; the updated version takes effect when posted, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance.
